Health - Infants - States' Data

Comment:  The States' vital statistic tabulations on the internet are rather difficult to find and often confusing or difficult to use.  It would be much simpler to have a consistent data format for this common information, and better identification of sites.  Here I am looking just at vital statistics and data related to infants as an example of how varied the states' data can be. - Richard Collins, Director, The Internet Foundation.
